If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us (it happens, you’re human), we can refund the purchase price or exchange those products in which they were purchased subject to the following conditions:
You have the right to exchange or refund within 45 days of pourchase, providing that the gear can be returned without visible damages.
Item(s) must be returned within 45 days of purchase.
Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or used in good condition.
Gift cards, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes but this is pretty rare.
Once we have received and approved the returned goods, you will be credited within a few days. Mailed returns or exchanges must be returned prepaid. We do not accept cash on delivery packages.
Chammock is not responsible for lost packages. We strongly recommend insuring your return packages. A refund or exchange will take place once the products are received by us or one of our representatives. Refunds will be paid to your Paypal account or credit card, and it normally take 3 to 5 days before your account is credited.
Before returning a product you must contact email@example.com to get a return authorization number and shipping address. Remember to include your name and Paypal transaction ID (invoice ID) as returns depend upon your location.
